Fugu
(河豚 : ふぐ,) is the Japanese word for puffer-fish and is also a Japanese dish prepared from the meat of puffer-fish (normally species of Takifugu, Lagocephalus, or Sphoeroides) or porcupinefish of the genus Diodon.
Wagyu
(和牛, wagyū) refers to several breeds of cattle genetically predisposed to intense marbling and to produce a high percentage of oleaginous unsaturated fat. Because of the Wagyu cattle's genetic predisposition and special diet including beer and sake, wagyu yields a beef that contains a higher percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than typical beef.
